There’s no right timeline for grief, and there’s no right timeline for this. Some people feel ready within days. Others wait months. You can start whenever it feels right, and if you begin and realize you’re not ready, that’s okay too. Your finished portrait is saved to your account, so you can come back for a keepsake anytime.
Will it actually look like my pet, not just a generic breed?
This is the most important thing to us. Every portrait preserves your pet’s specific markings, coloring, expression, and the look in their eyes. You’ll see three unique variations and choose the one that feels most like them before anything is printed.
What if I start and I’m not ready to finish?
That’s completely okay. Your finished portrait is saved to your account, and you can come back for a keepsake whenever you want, tomorrow, next week, or six months from now. There’s no deadline and no pressure.
What does the finished keepsake actually look like?
You’ll see a full preview of the portrait before you choose a keepsake. The portrait is printed at professional quality, vivid colors, sharp detail, archival inks.
Can I add their name or dates?
Yes. The canvas and the heart pillow support a text overlay, their name, their dates, or a short message. The candle label has a fixed layout with the portrait on the left and their name and dates beside it. You’ll see exactly how it looks before ordering. The ornament is portrait only, it’s too small for legible text.
What’s included with every keepsake?
Professional printing with vivid colors and archival inks. Shipping is included in the price. Your portrait is always free to download separately.
How long does it take, and where do you ship?
Every keepsake is made to order and ships in 5 to 7 business days. The canvas ships to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Europe. The heart pillow, the acrylic ornament and the candle ship to US addresses only. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it free.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. The portrait itself is free, you can download it and use it however you like. The keepsakes are just there if you want something physical to hold onto.
