Pawrora lets you create an online memorial for a pet, generate memorial portraits from a photo, and order keepsakes printed with them. Memorials and the night sky are free. Physical keepsakes are paid.

You need an account to create a memorial or order. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 16 or older.

Photos, tributes and messages you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store them, display them on the memorial you created, and use them to produce the portraits and products you ask for. Nothing more.

If you make a memorial public, it becomes visible to anyone with the link and appears in the night sky. You can make it private or delete it at any time.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything designed to harass someone.

Portraits are generated by an AI model from the photo you upload. Results vary with photo quality and we can’t guarantee a particular look. You get a free portrait per pet, up to three pets; we may charge beyond that.

If generation fails or produces nothing usable, tell us and we will re-run it or refund anything you paid for it.

• Keepsakes are made to order by a print-on-demand partner. Typical production and shipping is 5–7 business days.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• Damaged or misprinted? Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free.
• Changed your mind? Because every item is personalised and made to order, we can’t resell returns. Contact us before production starts and we will cancel and refund. Once it’s in production we can’t.
• If we can’t fulfil your order, we refund it in full.
• Please check your shipping address. We can’t recover parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Anyone can light a candle or leave a message on a public memorial. Messages from visitors without an account are held until the memorial’s owner publishes them, and the owner can hide anything at any time. We may remove content that is abusive.

We try to keep Pawrora running and your memorial safe, but we can’t promise the service will never be unavailable. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you — please don’t let Pawrora be the only place a photo of your pet exists.

Pawrora is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can delete your memorials and account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm someone.

If we change these terms we will update the date above and email account holders about anything material. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
