Privacy Policy

We store what we need to build your pet’s memorial and send you what you order. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to delete everything and we will.

For anything about your data, email hello@pawrora.com.

• Your account: email address and a password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them.
• Your pet: name, species, breed, dates, photos you upload, and anything you write in a tribute or memory.
• Orders: shipping address and what you ordered. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Candles and messages: the name you choose to leave (optional), and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to stop spam. We do not store the IP itself.
• Usage: anonymous analytics about which pages are visited.

• To create and display the memorial you asked us to make.
• To make and ship the keepsakes you order.
• To email you when someone lights a candle or leaves a message.
• To stop abuse of the free features.
• To understand which pages are useful.

Only the services needed to run Pawrora. Each receives the minimum required:

• Supabase — database, file storage and login.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Stripe — payments. Stripe handles card data; we never receive it.
• Printful — printing and shipping. Receives your shipping address and the artwork for your order.
• Replicate — generates memorial portraits from the photo you upload.
• Resend — sends our email.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

If you make a memorial public, the pet’s name, photos, dates and your tribute are visible to anyone with the link and appear in the night sky. You can make it private at any time from your account, and you can delete it entirely.

Memorials stay until you delete them — that is the point of them. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Delete your account and we remove your personal data, keeping only what we are legally obliged to retain.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@pawrora.com and we will respond within 30 days. No account or explanation needed to ask.

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in its footer, or at pawrora.com/unsubscribe. Notifications about your own memorial are separate and can be turned off in your account.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Pawrora is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
